Kiyoshi Mizutani together with Masami Akita was a member of MERZBOW in the early '80s.
This album is the reissue of the self-produced cassette out in 1994 on Kiyoshi Mizutani's Ulcer House label.
The cassette was limited to 100 copies and offers a wide range of Exeprimantal-Noise.
