Sleep Therapy

Mr. Nordvargr (mainly known for his work as MZ.412) after surprising us with his solo projects like: Folkstorm / Econocom / HH9 / Nordvargr, Toroidh, is now coming with his most ambitious project!

A series of cd's, one for each day of the week devoted to enter in alterated states during the sleep !
Plus an 8th CD "Sleep Therapy Treatment 8 - The final rest Death - Enter dreamless sleep" + T-Shirt !
There will not be more than 300 boxes and no reprint !

The whole opera is based and devoted to "The Sleep Therapy" :
The dominant frequency in the brain's EEG pattern determines the current state of the brain.
For example, If the amplitude of the Theta range frequencies is highest, then the brain is said to be in the Theta state. If external stimulus is applied to the brain, it becomes possible to entrain the brain frequency from one brain state to another.
This phenomenon is called Frequency Following Response.
The purpose of the soundscapes on Sleep Therapy is to affect your brain's state to achieve a change of your sleeping behaviour, dreams and will.
The result of this treatment is for you alone to experience.
The contents of the CD´s in this box are all ambient soundscapes to which EVP recordings and Theta / Delta frequencies have been added.

Directions of use:
Use high quality stereo headphones and adjust the volume to a comfortable level.
Try to fall asleep while listening to the CD.
If you get distracted by the sounds, reduce the volume.
The Theta / Delta waves are effective even at very low volume.
Repeat the treatment for seven days. Mr. Nordvargr & OEC will be more than happy to get your report on this experience ...
