The Fire and the Rose

RosaRubea is born by the collaboration between Daniela Bedeski (already known as the lead soprano voice of Camerata Mediolanense) and Pino Carafa, alias SynthEthic and Pavor Nocturnus, who previously also collaborated with Camerata Mediolanense.
Daniela and Pino have been long since active on the underground music scene of Milan, that they have widely experienced.
Together with them, works the talented cellist Zeno Gabaglio (Frankie Hi NRG, Les Jumeaux Discordants, Paolo Saporiti) and the pianist Marco Bosio.
"Rosa Rubea" is the alchemical Rubedo, the ultimate phase of the "Opus Magnum" or "Opus Chemicum", announcing the transmutation of vile metal into Gold.
RosaRubea is Expression, Vision and Manifestation.
"The Fire and the Rose", RosaRubea's debut EP, celebrates Life-Death-Rebirth through the four elements of Fire, Earth, Air and Water.
It will feature five oniric, evocative songs based on lyrics by Daniela Bedeski and by the great American/English poet T.S. Eliot and the French poet Christine de Pisan plus an ancient Scottish ballad.
Two recited poems by D. Bedeski will open and close the EP.
