Kevin Tomkins (of Sutcliffe Jugend / Sutcliffe No More) returns with his third solo release as PATIENT K. Titled ‘Slingshot’, this double CD release is beautifully presented with paintings supplied by Patient K.
Comes in 6 panels digisleeve in a limited edition of 200 copies.

Disc One (Slingshot) is a song cycle featuring Tomkins trademark lyrics and vocals.
It is the final part of a trilogy that started with Piss Artist, and followed up by A Butterfly Drowned In Oil.
This single track consists of songs and instrumentals linked into one long piece of music.

Disc Two (Until The Last Breath Leaves The Body) is another longer piece, but very different to Disc One.
This consists of instrumentals flowing into each other, enveloped by drones, sounds and rhythms that overlap each other over the duration of the track.

Slingshot is an essential release for fans of Tomkins’s work with Sutcliffe Jugend and Sutcliffe No More.
