Bryin Dall (Thee Majesty, Hirsute Pursuit, Dream Into Dust, A Murder Of Angels) refines and expands the sound of his project from the long sold-out classic 'Lost Hour World' album released via World Serpent.
Darkness mixed with small doses of odd humor and whimsy.
Thick, world-weary beats spanning Industrial, Trip-Hop, and even Tribal rhythms are given Dall's inimitable production twist.
Live strings give way to electronic bleeps.
Dark Ambient swirls and noisy passages share time with vocals of innocence and wonder.

"A mystic is a man who separates heaven and earth even if he enjoys them both."
William Blake

Fairy tales are not responsible for producing in children fear, or any of the shapes of fear; fairy tales do not give the child the idea of the evil or the ugly; that is in the child already, because it is in the world already.

16 years after the release of 4th Sign of the Apocalypse – Lost Hour World, from the dark recesses of the mind of Bryin Dall comes All the Children Love 4th Sign of the Apocalypse.

Mr. W. B. Yeats, feeling that modern life is about as black a slavery as ever oppressed mankind, have especially described elfland as a place of utter ease and abandonment - a place where the soul can turn every way at will like the wind.

"Where nobody grows old or weary or wise,
Where nobody grows old or godly or grave."

This is not the case in the “real world” and 4th Sign of the Apocalypse knows it. Committing this knowledge to music is the aim of this new album.

A burglar just about to open someone else's safe should be playfully reminded that he is in the perilous posture of the beautiful Pandora: he is about to lift the forbidden lid and loosen evils unknown. Those evils exist (whether real or imagined). The mind knows them and they are real to us. We are in this fairyland on sufferance; it is not for us to quarrel with the conditions under which we enjoy this wild vision of the world. We may not see the direct logical connection between three beautiful silver spoons and a large ugly policeman; but then who in fairy tales ever could see the direct logical connection between three bears and a giant, or between a rose and a roaring beast? Not only can these songs be enjoyed because they are moral, but morality can be enjoyed because it puts us in fairyland, in a world at once of wonder and of war.
