Vinyl in perfect conditions / Cover has some bent corners and little creases but still looks very good

This is "GROUP 180" second recording for the state-owned Hungaroton and sees the ensemble premiering two works by their member composers - the aforementioned Béla Faragó and choral conductor András Soós.
Plus two amazing interpretations of Reich - his early classic “Piano Phase” and Szemző’s re-orchestration of “Octet”.
All of which is endorsed by Reich who is credited as ‘music adviser’.
It’s lovely to hear “Piano Phase” performed on the originally intended instruments instead of marimbas and contrapuntally-inflected “Octet” sounds more lush with the woodwinds reinforced with the oboe and a bassoon.
