Rare MERZBOW / WATERMANN Split / Collaborative CD dated 1996.

Three tracks on this album: John Watermann provides a short track consisting of cut-up fragments of electronic and field recording sounds.
Merzbow provides a much longer solo piece, where he matches his own brand of much more aggressive distorted noise and subjects it to similar cut-up techniques, with lots of busy movement and dynamics.
Finally, both come together in a collaborative track which merges their styles.
The blend between the quieter Watermann and noisy Merzbow makes for some great dynamics.
