Blooslitinn A Steininum (Blóðslitinn Á Steininum)

Seven years after their last album out on Old Europa Cafe, WEIHAN finally return with a new album „Blóðslitinn á Steininum“.
While the previous album of the belgium project were characterized by the divergency between Neofolk and martial based influences, Jurgen and Miguel used the long period to strengthen their music on a more sophisticated and variable version of Martial Industrial that is conceptionally founded in norsk sagas and sacrifial pagan rites.
The title of the album therefore might also be translated as "The colour of blood on stone".  „Blóðslitinn á Steininum“ emphasizes WEIHANS outstanding position in that particular genre.
The album was mastered by Axel Frank at the „Blue Lounge Studio“ in Berlin.
