Pholde is the dark/ambient sound project of Alan Bloor who is also known as extreme noise artist Knurl.
Sounds produced are from found metal, and created metal instruments of different tensile strengths.
The music is at times soft and haunting, often building to thunderous crescendos and raging cacophony.
